Join A Session

BEFORE you schedule a session please read the following information.

All clients must fill out liability and contact waiver. If you have not done so, click here.

You create your own schedule by selecting an appointment below. ONLY schedule for the current week.

Each client is allowed (2) make up days per month. This allowance is only valid during the current month and cannot carry over. If Gain God Fitness cancels a session for any reason the session can be made up at any time in the future.

LATE, NO SHOW, & CANCELLATION POLICY

Late arrivals should ALWAYS contact us via text or dm at 20 MINUTES BEFORE stating you will be late so we can start promptly.

No call/no shows will be charged a $25 restarter fee.

You have a 6 hour time frame to schedule or reschedule your session. For example: If your session is at 5PM you cannot reschedule at 3PM. You would need to reschedule on or before 11AM.

If needing to reschedule, please reschedule through the confirmation email to cancel your previous. This can only be done outside of the 6-hour window. If you need to reschedule last minute, please contact us to make the change.

All sessions MUST be scheduled to attend.

Everyone should schedule all their days & times for the week on SUNDAY!

Do not schedule ahead for the month (a session could be cancelled or times changed based on our availability)

Session Scheduling

Select the time(s) you will attend each session for Monday - Friday. Each day requires a time to be submitted. Select “add time” to input additional time for each day. Confirm your appointment times.

**Remember to arrive 5-10 mins before you scheduled session to warm up/stretch.

**Submit sessions times by Sunday of the upcoming week.

**ONLY select session times if you have made a PAYMENT IN FULL for the current month.
